7 Ways to Monitor Your Class's Activity and Results on Spellzone

Here are 7 ways to monitor your class's activity and results on Spellzone:

  1. Click on the blue ‘Classes’ tab. Choose your class, filtering by ‘My Classes’ if necessary. Use the dropdown menu above the table to change the time period you want to look at.  Click on the green ‘points’ heading to see which student scored the most points over that time period. 
     
  2. Click on the green ‘activities’ heading to see which student completed the most activities over that time period.  
     
  3. Scroll down and click on ‘View course tests for this class' to see an overview of which units your students have completed and to identify gaps in their knowledge. You can also download this page as a spreadsheet.
     
  4. Click on ‘View Spelling Ability Tests for this class’ to see every time each student in your class has taken the Spelling Ability Test and what scores they achieved on one page. Use the dropdown menu above the table to change the time period you want to look at. You can also download this page as a spreadsheet.
     
  5. Click on ‘View tasks set for this class’ and click on the link in the ‘Who for’ column to see which of your students have completed a task you have set for them and what scores they achieved.
     
  6. Click on ‘View logins for this class’ for a list of every time a student in your classlogged into Spellzone. Find out what times each student logged in and logged out, as well as what device and browser they used.
     
  7. Click on ‘View activity for this class’ for list of how long each student was online and what activities they worked on while logged into Spellzone.
